By signing up for a Hosting and Support plan through Pomalo Marketing you are agreeing to pay the monthly fee for website hosting and maintenance service as described in the product. This fee is subject to change at Pomalo Marketing's discretion, but this will not be done without reaching out to all customers and giving a 30 day notice beforehand.

Website Hosting and Support will begin immediately following a successful payment.

The client is offered two hours of website work for their site per month as part of their Hosting and Support plan. If a client does not use their two hours of work for a particular month, this time does not carry over into the next month. This time is 'use it or lose it'.

If a project or request from the client takes over the allowed 2 hour timeframe or is estimated to be larger in scope than a 2 hour period can typically handle, Pomalo Marketing reserves the right to refuse the request, stop working or cancel the project or work entirely. Any projects exceeding the 2 hour timeframe would typically fall into a larger scope request and would be subject to a hourly rate of $75, or a flat project fee depending on the circumstances. In any case, Pomalo Marketing would always notify the client prior to starting any work or project if there would be any extra costs.
